Just got some Noah boots in Pinatex. First impressions are that this is a sharp looking, great feeling boot. Just a note if you have wide feet they fit a little narrow. But they work for me!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes, both very nice and modern. Despite being the same size (46), one model is fitting quite tight, I'd say too much, the other one is too large, almost 1 size above mine. I couldn't return the shoes, because those were the only shoes I took out of the box and took away with me for a trip abroad, so I had to wear them, and now I will have to keep them, no problems on my side. Anyhow, I appreciate the brand and the fast shipment was extremely fast!

The most disappointing was the customs duties to be paid. The site should warn us and offer a tool for calculating customs fees. The shoes are a little too small but when I read the comments about the difficulties of returning, I don't even want to risk it.
I'm really sad because I had a good feeling about this purchase. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it

Quick delivery, great shoes

As a vegan I appreciate a lot the high quality shoes made in Europe that NAE offers. The delivery to Germany is usually quick and shoes are beautifully made. However, not all models will suit you if you have wide feet.

Awesome boots, user friendly online shop. I bought two pairs of boots, but had to return one, and the process was really easy too. Great service!

I really like the idea of using cork and recycled materials to make new products. So I was poised to give these sandals a much higher rating. However, the soles are much too thin, you feel every bump on the pavement. In the end I only use these at home, outside I feel unprotected with them and that’s a shame.

I ordered two pairs of same trainers and customer service called me to ensure my order was correct before sending the shoes over to me.

The shoes themselves are good quality. But the sizing is really difficult to get right. Had to send back shoes in my typical size and get a larger one. Took a few months. Then the larger size was still very uncomfortable (too small). Never in my life have I needed a size larger than that.
They were nice enough with the return, but with the difficulties in sizing, I wouldn't try ordering their shoes online again.

Bought the wallet as a birthday gift for my son who is a piscaterian. He was delighted with the wallet as it had lots of card slots.

I bought the recycled-PET running sneakers in my usual EU size of 42, but they were too small. I even made sure to measure my feet according to the size guide, and they are shorter than 27 cm. My partner had a similar problem after buying shoes from this company.

I have continued to wear the shoes, thinking that they will adapt to my feet with time, but after four months my toes still bump into the front of the shoe when I walk downhill. The first time I wore these shoes to do a fair amount of walking, I ended up with a bruise under my toenail.

I decided not to return them because of the inconvenient delivery, as I had to be home to accept it on a weekday, and because I did not want to be left without shoes to wear.

The boots were so beautiful but sadly too big for my feet, so I had to send them back.
I easily got the money back though I rather have the boots.
A smaller pair was much more expensive, 40 euro.
I don't know if I better choose for size 39 or 40 instead of 41.
I've send the length in cm of my feet, so you could choose the right size for me, but I think you didn't do or forgot it.
I hope to find the right boots for me in time.
I'm glad and thankful for everyone who wants the animals to have a good life !

I have bought multiple shoes from Nae. They are good quality and fit well. The last shoes I bought had a fault so I sent an email. To solve the issue Nae sent me a new pair without questions asked. The new shoes were fine and I love to wear them. I love all my Nae shoes and apart from this one time they were all in perfect shape when I received them. The vegan fabric is low maintenance and my vegan shoes last longer than my non-vegan ones. In fact, all my vegan shoes are still in great shape!
