20-Minute Scam!

The technician came to my house for the annual service of my AC. All he did was pour a cup of water into the HVAC unit and said it seemed fine. That took about 2 minutes, and that was supposed to cost me $75!

Then to make matters even worse, he told me that the compressor outside needed to be cleaned. That only took him about 20 minutes and then he charged me a total of $325!

I have tried to complain to the company manager but she will not respond to my messages. I definitely won't be using their services again. And I would encourage you to avoid them.
