Confiscated $15400 when I didn't opt for bonuses
Have been a user for a while and have had "receive bonuses" disabled and it's flagged as "If this switcher is not activated you will not be able to receive any bonuses.". Deposited $200 and won $9000 tried to withdraw then I was flagged as having won it with a $30 bonus they credited to my account prior to the $200 deposit without my knowledge then proceeded to confiscate $8500 worth of the winnings leaving me with $500 which is the max winnable with the $30 they gave me as a bonus.
After that I checked my balance which said "$500 Real cash" None of it was flagged as bonus cash. So I gambled that and won another $8000 and tried to withdraw that but it was also flagged as won with bonus cash so they adjusted my balance back to $600 this time and confiscated another $7400. In total $15400 was confiscated today

€18,279 winnings reduced to €2,500 – unclear bonus terms and inconsistent explanations
I had a very concerning experience with N1Bet.
I deposited my own money and used a deposit bonus that included free spins. The winnings from these spins were €6.79 with wagering requirements, which I fully completed.
After completing the wagering, I continued playing normally, believing I was using real money without any active bonus.
Later, while playing “Wild Swarm Triple Hive,” I triggered in-game free spins and won €18,279.
When I requested a withdrawal, it was cancelled. I first received information that I could withdraw €750, and later €2,500 as a “gesture of goodwill.”
The casino now claims that a maximum win rule applies even after wagering is completed. However, no clear and transparent rule has been provided that confirms this.
In addition, the explanations have changed multiple times, and during the unresolved dispute I was offered a new €300 VIP bonus instead of a proper resolution.
I deposited real money, followed the rules as presented, and reasonably believed I was playing without restrictions after completing wagering.
I hope this case will be reviewed properly and resolved fairly.
I am currently pursuing this case through official complaint channels.

I contacted support multiple times and submitted a formal complaint. No complaint reference number, no transaction status, and no resolution timeline were provided.
Support responses are repetitive and appear automated (“wait a few hours”, “contact later”, “24 hours”), with no real investigation or answers.
I have full payment proof, email records, and chat screenshots.
This is a basic issue: either confirm and credit the deposit or reject and refund it. The lack of transparency and handling is unacceptable.

I deposited approximately AUD $600 with N1Bet over a period of time. I later discovered during a live support chat that my account had been flagged as a duplicate user — something I was never told before or during any of my deposits. The operator’s own agent confirmed this flag was active on my account the entire time they were accepting my money.
When I requested a refund, N1Bet refused in writing and closed my account, citing AML obligations without providing any specific explanation or evidence of wrongdoing on my part.
I have since filed complaints with CADRE (the independent dispute resolution body), the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and initiated a chargeback through my bank.
I would never have deposited had I known my account was flagged. The fact that they continued accepting deposits without disclosure is, in my view, deceptive conduct. I would strongly caution others before depositing with this operator.

Unfortunately some of the recent review are correct. They take your money easily but when it comes time to withdraw, they delay as long as possible. It has been 3+ days since I made my withdrawal request with a fully verified account and it is still pending with reversal allowed. The sum is only $580 but it seems they have trouble even paying that amount. I have contacted live support multiple times and I always get the same canned replies of asking for patience and waiting a little bit longer. I feel scammed, angry, annoyed. Other websites I have used process withdrawals in 30 minutes or less. I was drawn in because of the promos and the layout, but that was a very bad mistake. Please STAY CLEAR at all costs!
