My first experience was buying a leather look strap for my Apple watch. Within days it had started to peel. I raised an incident with customer service. They replied with a tracking no, and a link to track. The link didn’t work. Stupidly I went back for more ordering a Black Friday 3 strap deal. 2 straps arrived, still waiting for the 3rd. Again, a response referring to a tracking link that doesn’t work. Don’t buy from here !
Ordered a silicone strap for my Apple watch on 13 Oct 2023. Order acknowledgement email quoted a shipping method of "Standard Delivery 2-3 days".
On 17 Oct 2023 I received a 'your items are on their way' email quoting a tracking number. Clicked on the tracking number to find the item was being shipped from China and would arrive on 7 Nov. Tried to contact mywatchstrap about the delay, which was not mentioned when I placed the order, but got no response. The item eventually arrived on 30 Oct.
On fitting the strap for the first time, a small part fell off. I managed to attach the part again but am now not confident about how long the strap will last. Won't be placing further orders.
Bought a Milanese strap for my Apple 8 but the magnet has already started to fail. Tried to contact the company but no response as yet. From the earlier review, I am not holding my breathe. Disapppinted.
Update 7th October : No response to any messages and now the attachment joining the strap to the watch has come away. Rubbish. Going to contact my credit card company and ask for a refund, don’t know why these crooks should sell shoddy stuff and then not take any responsibility.
Ordered a black textile strap for my Apple watch and received all the usual email confirmations.
Got a message stating the strap had been delivered but checking on the Royal Mail site using the tracking number, I discovered it had been sent to Norfolk – I live in London!
Royal Mail told me a different postcode had been specified in the order.
I have repeatedly tried to contact them by site contact form and direct email, and now even by the "chat" facility on their website, but all to no avail, even though I got an automated reply that my query would be answered within 7 days. That was TEN days ago.
Everything about their website yells "scam"! There is no way to contact them by telephone, and the reviews given on-site – ALL five stars, BTW – don't seem to come from anywhere; there's no way to leave a review on-site. The chat bot NEVER responds in any meaningful way.
