Kept delaying my order for months
Kept delaying my order for months, then I was the one who had to contact the company about my order because I was not receiving any updates, then once they finally sent me the case, it was the wrong one! I thought it would be a very fast and convenient place to buy a case, but it is the opposite. This is my last time using this place (once I get my correct case that I ordered).

I’m sorry that you had such a bad shopping experience with your purchase from us. Based on your review, your dissatisfaction is completely understandable, and there’s no excuse for it.
I can only say that it’s very rare for a product expected to be in stock within 10 days to be delayed and ultimately unavailable. Customers usually receive automatic emails about delivery status once a week, along with an additional update if the product cannot be sourced. I’m not sure why you didn’t receive these emails, and I sincerely apologize for this.
I can see that you eventually chose to switch to antoher item, which was shipped the same day, but its delivery was delayed by one day.
You really had very bad (but rare) luck with this order. Therefore, the least I can do is ensure that the full amount for this order will be refunded to you.
This way, as a small compensation, this order will be completely free of charge for you.
I hope you’ll give us another chance in the future and continue shopping with us. If you choose not to, I completely understand.
Regardless of your decision, our customer service is always available for you, every day of the week, in case there’s anything we can assist you with in the future.

Disappointed in the service
Ordered something with a clear indication that said ‘order now and you will get it tomorrow’. However I did not receive anything the next day. Not even a message. I wrote a message, but nothing. Only a week later I finally received a message that the order was shipped. I would not have bought the item if I was not lured in with the ‘order now, get it tomorrow’, it would have been nice if I would have at least been informed about the delay, especially after I reached out.
