DO NOT BUY MYTEE EXTRACTOR

I strongly regret purchasing a brand new Mytee machine for my professional detailing business.

The unit has been unreliable from the beginning. Within 6 months, the pump has failed multiple times and the machine is once again completely out of service. This is not a minor inconvenience — it has repeatedly shut down my ability to operate and cost me real business during peak season.

On one occasion, the machine failed mid-job while servicing a customer, after chemicals were already applied. Situations like this are unacceptable for any equipment marketed as “professional grade.”

Customer service has also been disappointing, with slow responses, lack of urgency, and repeated delays that extended the downtime instead of resolving it.

At this point, the product reliability and support experience do not match the expectations of a commercial machine in this price range.
