Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Did NOT authorise them to process my return and in fact, told them NOT to do it when they precociously emailed me asking for some paperwork to file this year's return and I said no thanks! Then I receive an email saying my return had been processed and that their service fee had been charged to me. Absolutely disgusted they have processed this without my authority. Do not use this company.
