Super Card in the post…
Received a Super Card in the post addressed to someone else at our address. Rang them and told them of their error and asked how they got my address and got told it was an error. I asked why my address was on their system and the guy said it was an error (obviously). Obnoxious and rude responses to my call. DODGY. DODGY. DODGY. AVOID.

I renewed my washing machine insurance…
I renewed my washing machine insurance in March 2021 and was asked if I wanted a card for discounts and no charge was mentioned and I didn't know what it was all about, anyway they must have informed Supercard because I received the card in April and I phoned Supercard to decline and they said they would cancel this card ( I am 88 yrs and unlikely to be able to go anywhere to use the card.) Also they didn't have my bank details and promised to cancel the card. However when my Bank statement arrived early May they had taken £199.95 on April 18th so must have got my bank details from the Home Appliance Support who insured my w/machine 3 days before the money was taken for insurance. I have since phoned Supercard and they say they will refund but not until May 21st - which I very much doubt. Surely this is a scam.

Scammers and should be shut down!!
It looks like I'm the first to write a review for this website, but you can read many reviews for their other site supercardblack.com. I assume when they have to many bad reviews they simply change the name of the website!
On to my story, I purchased something from Idealworld from the TV. A few days later I get a call from someone offering me a free trial of supercard. He wanted me to pay £2.95 for postage, I told him I wasn't interested in paying anything and he was not authorised to use my card details to charge my card. He sent the card anyway and once I looked at the details I could see it was a scam and would be of no use to me.
Today they tried to charge my card for £99.95, luckily my bank stopped the fraud and rejected the payment.
I've contacted them and asked them to provide a copy the phone call recording so I have evidence that I didn't authorise this charge and they are scammers.
