I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Mystic Store.
I placed an order which was never delivered because I did not receive any notification or SMS about the pickup. The parcel was returned without my knowledge, and it has now been over two months without any refund.
I have contacted customer service multiple times and only received vague responses such as “we have escalated the issue,” but no resolution has been provided.
This situation is unacceptable. I paid for an order I never received, and my money has still not been returned.
I kindly ask Mystic Store to contact me directly and resolve this issue immediately by issuing my refund.
If this is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with further action through my bank.
I expect a response as soon as possible.

Connection with Shop app is awful
Connection with Shop app is awful, meaningless - I never got a tracking number that worked with UPS and Shop tracking never worked... always said "Label created"
Mystic products are great, seriously they are awesome, well designed, looks good and works even better, but there is a lack of stock on most of the products (I was gonna buy a couple of hoodies but were out of stock) and as mentioned the after-purshase process doesn't reflects Mystic's products/brand.
