My experience is not good . It's a very bad service
I won't use their service at any time
1 application stops many times from time to time even if the servers or countries are changed
2 The application does not reconnect automatically after the connection to the server stops. Which causes disruption of the user and loss of time and stops all programs and applications from working
3 The application does not work automatically when you restart the laptop. And it needs time to run it and manual connection
4 There are no notifications on the screen when the app stops working. It assumes that there are notifications through the settings for the application to work in real time
5 Unsatisfactory customer service. I have been connect and sending many messages to get my money back since the first day and And the early days , but there is no reply. And I even sent them through the app that I want to get my money, but they did not respond and did not respond with me . Customer service is not satisfactory. So the money back guarantee as he says is not honest because he did not return my money because he did not respond to my messages since the first the early days of using the service says that you can order your money in two weeks .
