I have received a free three day pass on this site for my birthday 🎉 but unfortunately no-one can reply to my messages because they are Not paid members and can only send one liners, so even if you join this dating site you can't speak to anyone unless you pay for them to message you back. 🤔 Total rip-off if you ask me I will be deleting my account.

Most profiles are inactive
Some profiles appear twice under different IDS
The quality of the individuals are questionable..most guys over 50 look like bald spuds and send dick pics

Awful website. Not many users, none under 50. Was refused a refund as I'd replied to a message. Knew after 1 day of using that it was terrible. Would strongly advise against!

I signed up for 3 month subscription on this site and realized within the first week that there are hardly any live accounts on it and the match/search facilities are terrible and non functional.
There is supposed to be a two week grace period but when I requested that I would like to cancel my subscription was told that I couldn't as I had used the messaging service!! After much persuasion they finally agreed to refund me two months with a £3 admin fee deducted!
Don't use this site unless you're into over 55's! Shocking!

After inputting all your details and preferences you get a message saying that you have to reply to an email they have sent you but they do not send the email!
After several attempts at asking for the email to be resent I contacted the sites support email and explained I was not receiving the conformation email. Their reply? "We sent it" with a lot of patronising "help" on checking spam folders etc!!!!! Really, I just told you I haven't received it. Another email sent and their reply was that my email provider must be deleting the email! Really? I use a secure email provider that does not delete emails automatically. So I sent another email, asking which address they sent the email from so I could contact my email provider and check if anything had been sent to me from said address. MySingleFriend's reply "We sent the email to [insert personal email address here].

By this point I had had enough so emailed back and asked for all my details to be removed (as per GDPR) but I have not received any reply, as per GDPR law. Better still is that every email I now send to them is returned, marked as "spam".

Pathetic company with the worst customer services going!!
