Your process needs improvement

I reordered a previous order. Got a new quote. No link on the quote to approve so approved by email. Days passed. Received another quote with no link for approval. Sent another approval email. Sales rep then asked for a third approval email but moments later received an order care email with links to review and approve. Obviously you have not worked the bugs out of your new process.

30 Anniversary Stuff

Placed order. I was out of the office, received a phone call then received email about the phone call which was supplier could only get one color, I requested two colors. I responded to email. Never heard back. I responded to the email again to ask for a response. Received a response today. Very apologetic for not seeing my email response. All was taken care of.

I could only afford a certain amount of…

I could only afford a certain amount of money. And she knows that I am just starting my new business.And she was able to help me out and get me into the blowout cell, so I was able to buy more pens. And she even picked out some artwork for me. Because I did have nothing to put on mine but I asked her to and I believe I will like what she has done for me because she has always been a good servicer up for your company.

Go elsewhere, terrible communication and service

The company I work for has used Myron for over 20 years for two sizes of custom planners. I placed the order as always in March with a delivery date of October. I thought everything was fine until I got an email in September stating they were preparing to ship my order and it was not the items I had ordered. I tried to get a response my Rep Bryan Smith as to what was going on. He stated the ones I ordered were not available and that they were going to replace them with the other ones. I told him multiple times I did not want them and to please cancel all orders, because they kept sending my the proof to approve. Needless to say, weeks later and many email sent to them thinking it was taken care of, the box arrived. I was not aware it was from them and now I have sent multiple emails asking for a return label. They will not respond.

Sent us to collections for a paid invoice

Our company is a long-time customer[several years] and have spent thousands of dollars purchasing their products. We have always had a track record of prompt payment of any invoice we received. This year we received a collection notice that was initiated by Myron Corp for non-payment of an invoice from last year[6 months prior]. We received NO notice from Myron at all-just a collection letter from an outside company. We contacted Myron to see what was wrong and finally they admitted that they had changed their accounting system and that our timely payment[although received and deposited] fell through the cracks and was not credited. We are still trying to get the collections company to acknowledge this and purge this from our company's record.
We are happy with the quality of the products.
