Awful returns experience
Awful returns experience. I sent a return on 11/6/26, had an email to say they had received the return on 15/6/26 however upon writing this on 9/7/26 I still haven’t received a refund.
I have sent multiple messages, all the proof they asked for (returns receipt, tracking numbers etc) and still no refund.
Whilst the items I kept are good quality and comfortable to wear, I will never order from them again due to the poor returns experience.
All I can say is, if you need to return an item, keep an eye on responses from them and make sure you chase them up for your money back.

Poor material for the price - not impressed
I purchased two pairs of womens leggings and two gym tops. The leggings were see through and really poor material. The gym tops were VERY small. I ordered a M and am usually a S, and they were still too small. I returned all my items for a refund. It also costs £1.99 to return items - so not free returns! Protein powder is great - clothing not so much

Order receipt wasn’t sent in email
I order from Myprotein regularly. This time had a problem, that I didn’t receive order and receipt in email, but money was transferred. Thought I lost the money. But contacted support team and everything was fine. Special thanks to Radu for helping me solve this problem.

Didnt return me my money
Have ordered a protein powder. For some reason the discount code was not working so i assumed there is no discount. I have ordered and paid for the product. Just out of curiosity i have checked the discount and it has worked on a second try.
After asking for the return of the discount on the ordered protein powder i have been denied it.
There is absolutely no reason to not return me the discount. The product is 40% cheaper than what i have paid.
I am Very disappointed with the customer service.

Customer service works great
Customer service works great. Easy ordering and quick delivery. 5 stars for that.
But cannot say the same about the product. The protein powder when shaking with water foaming like hell. When finished shaking half of the shaker is liquid and other half is foam. I don't think I am buying same product again :(
