I needed a lamp for my Sharp projector. I googled the number, found it on their webpage, ordered it and it arrived to my country with UPS within 3 days. Incredible service and the lamp is running fine. I give product and service 5 stars

Excellent service and trustworthy
I was a bit reluctant to order the lamp because the Dutch version of the website had so many errors in translations.
I received a lamp which had its glass broken (despite the good packaging) and received a new one as soon as I could prove that I send back the damaged one. It was a pity that it was broken because I had to wait another day, but was very happy when the new lamp arrived and this one was in good condition.

Easy ordering process
Easy ordering process and fast delivery. Despite home delivery as preselected delivery mode, UPS claimed that nobody was home and delivered the parcel straight to pick up point. However, product itself was safely packed and everything worked as expected.

Fast shipping and very well packaged pj lamp (but not in oversized boxes)
They'd be advised not to use UPS in Sweden, because they never deliver and pretend you weren't home without calling or actually physically being at the address, so you have to pick it up yourself.
DHL always deliver, so use them instead!
