Absolutely brilliant my parcel was picked up Tuesday at about 1pm. International post from the UK to USA was delivered 6.30pm Thursday evening, fantastic will definitely be using this service again, bye bye Post Office !

Easy from start to finish. The receiver said it arrived in perfect condition. Music to my ears. Will definitely use again.

Booked online and paid... collected the next morning.... delivered to me a couple of days later... all the time I could see it’s progress... quite impressive

Many carriers would not take this size...inc. my Hermes, who I use most.. I may have to make a change?

Booked 24hr delivery but obviously this doesn’t include weekends unlike other couriers I’ve used recently.
Parcel delivered eventually only to reveal damage to the goods inside. Very disappointed customer and a very frustrated sender.

I would never use My parcel delivery again. I used them a couple of times in a short space of time and there were issues with all of the bookings made. The courier did not turn up on 2 occasions and then we were given reschedule again and again.Parcels not collected for a week allways same story just bulscheet!!!

Never knowingly used them but keep getting scamming mails from Sarah saying I owe them money. Emails come to my domain to an address I don’t have set up (accounts). Rang them months ago and reported but still happening.

Fast reliable service highly recommended, there was a bit of confusion around which shop I took it to but once that was sorted it was plain sailing

Brilliant service, collected from my home when they said and delivered safe and secure in 2 days

They started off superbly well, everything got collected at competitive rates and labels were easy to print and quickly received. Then, my last 3 packages are yet to be collected!! I asked for a refund, they could only give me 20%. As with everything, make your own mind up, just be weary of the above..... :(

easy, quick and efficient

My parcel was taken to the despatch point on 29/9 due for delivery on the 1/10. It wasn't delivered and after chasing on a number of occasions I still have no idea where my parcel is!! I was told that it takes 15 days to investigate missing items, I haven't been contacted yet with an update...chased again today. Very poor service.

Delivery fine but i paid for phone notification so after handing over my phone number i didnt get the notification and then got a spam call - given that my number is only in the hands of friends it has to have been As a result of them handing it over to them 🤨

Used to post a very large 13.5kg parcel. Found it to be an excellent service. Will use again if I need to.

The procedure was relatively simple with a variety of choices. Pick up and delivery was spot on, with all parties pleased

After having too many problems with Hermes website and a lack of customer service from them, i needed a courier fast. myparceldelivery were able to deliver an alternative solution for me at a very competitive cost. The website is simple to use and functional, you WILL be getting a lot more of my custom from now on :)
