I ordered 2x SwirlSafe Bottle Cleaners in Oct. 2024 and paid $59.94 USD. I never received my order, and I tried emailing the company for updates; requesting my money back; etc. but got no answer. Since I just found all these negative reviews, I'm assuming it's a lost cause...
My order has never turned up. When to chase it on the website and it is closed. I ordered the product in November 2024
Scam - product ordered, money taken, never received, link to “view order” no longer exists, no contact details available and all attempts to cancel or recoup stolen money have gone unanswered.
Fraudulent company - item not received and no response from them. Having a nightmare to try to reclaim the money they stole.

Took my money. Never sent my product. I emailed about 5 times and they never responded. Disputed the charge with my bank, they lied and said they refunded me. Disgusting "business"!
Definitely a scam. Been 2 months, no product yet, and no response to any attempts for an update.

I paid for the product but they never sent it, never updated me, didn't respond to my requests to cancel the order. I ended up reaching out to the credit card company to dispute this charge.

Placed order on 30th October - no update to order visible on site, have sent emails, contacted via their website and sent Facebook messages and all have been ignored. No contact details on website....need to learn my lesson and not place orders based on possibly fake testimonials on the Web!
