I sold my 2 bedroom unit at London City Island through My London Home.

I am very happy with the services of Jonny Kuzak from My London Home.

I find My London Home different from the other estate agents.
a) They advice their customers to change the marketing strategy when there is no offers after a few months.
b) They push for a counter offer from the Buyer to at least meet the minimum advertised price to protect the interest of the customer.
c) Their multi agent's fee is reasonable as compared to some other Estate Agents.

We were very pleased with the service provided by MyLondonHome - and would definitely recommend them to others! The team was professional and knowledgeable - and handled both our sale and purchase attentively.

I personally have been working with Tom Gilchrist for the past couple months and he managed to land me a cracking deal for a new build flat in Central London due to the unique links he has with his clients.

My overall experience has been excellent, I don't need to chase constantly for an update and things are done transparently in the background. It is a shame I couldn't say the same thing about the other estate agents I've been with in the past.

I was actually the purchaser, rather than seller and Tom Gilgrist could not have done more to help the move go smoothly.

Wendy from my London homes was instrumental to the smooth sale of my property. Her property knowledge, work ethic and genuine ability to get the deal done are very impressive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wendy or my London homes - in fact I already have done.

The worst treatment I've ever received from an estate agent with one guy lying to multiple times and then telling me to calm down on the phone "cause it's better for your future"

I’ve recently completed purchase of a property at SW8 and Ozi Salih from London Home provided excellent support throughout the process. All requests were promptly addressed with proper attention.

We have been trying to sell our flat and purchase a house for roundabout 2 years +. During that time, we had the chance to experience a number of different agents on both the sale and buy side. In that time, by far the best agents we came across by a mile were MyLondonHome. We eventually quickly sold our flat through MLH after trying with a few other agents who struggled to even get viewings, let alone offers. Within the space of about two months, MLH had three cash offers for us. They succeeded where other agents simply could not. Steven Herd, the manager and our main point of contact, not only put in the extra mile to actually look for buyers (rather than just listing the property) resulting in a sale where other agents were unable to, but also provided his expert advice on the entire transaction and our onward purchase. His knowledge, opinion and assistance were so valuable when various difficulties arose that we cannot recommend him enough and feel entirely indebted to him. He was always contactable and became a trusted advisor/friend to us. Michael Anyaegbuna was also brilliant. He was very responsive and managed our sale process smoothly, efficiently and respectfully. There are truly some terrible agents out there, which we unfortunately had the displeasure of dealing with during our long process, but as soon as we got in touch with MLH we were seriously impressed (and couldn’t stop mentioning how great they were to other agents when we went for viewings etc). If you would like a quick, smooth, sale then Steven’s team at MyLondon Home is the right choice - they are in a class of their own.
