Received the wrong item and am still…

Received the wrong item and am still waiting for the correct one. Called customer service the day I got the incorrect order delivered to me and that was about 2 weeks ago. Had to send them an email explaining the mistake and a picture of the wrong item sent to me. Hope to get the correct product soon.

I received my order in a reasonable…

I received my order in a reasonable amount of time, everything was packaged nice and secure, I just didn’t care for the color and the weight of the items. I decided to send it all back at my expense (over $60. In postage!!) for a refund. The package had tracking so I could see that it had been received, but my refund has not happened and it’s been almost 2 weeks. After one phone call they assured me it would get refunded soon. 🤞

Great product!

My kitchen handles arrived just as expected and they look great! I also love the handles that I chose for my bathroom, they really look good and make a big difference in how the cabinets look. The company was great to work with!

Love the door knobs

Love the door knobs! They blend well with the copper hardware for our new kitchen cabinets (got those from My Knobs as well.) Nice doing business with your company and the items we purchased are well made and good quality. Delivery was pretty quick too, considering the current shipping problems in the country. We will recommend your company gladly. Thank you for the pleasant experience of purchasing from you.

Horrible customer service, many problems with order

First off, the handles I ordered look great and are good quality, comparable to other handles 2-3x the price.
However, the experience has been so bad I wish I had just paid twice as much and gone somewhere else. Of the 28 handles I ordered, 7 arrived damaged, so either the QC is bad or their packing method is.
The customer service has been terrible. They don't communicate back, so if you send them an email or request a call, you'll never hear anything back unless you call them and ask what's going on.

Don't waste your time

Don't waste your time, go elsewhere. Ordered arrived incorrect, attempted to rectify the issue by calling and emailing, even created a "ticket" on their site, no response for 5 days! Went else where for the correct parts and will never buy from them again. Beware

Warning - don't buy from knobs.com

Warning! Myknobs.com uses deceptive sales practices. They sell shoddy, cheaply-painted knobs as "polished brass." They refuse to send a pre-paid return label and will not accept returns via USPS, only UPS or FedEx, to discourage legitimate returns.

Not responsible for their mistakes!

Ordered to door handles and they sent me the wrong model, the same day I received asked for a return, 7 days later issued an RMA and asked me to pay return for their mistake. Call them and they said will send me the return label shortly, never happed. Call them again 2 days later the same story ...

Return is a Nightmare!

I began the process 2 weeks ago of advising the company that one of the items need to be returned. I have now for over a week been waiting to receive return authorization which I have not as of yet. I just hope this is not a scam!
