While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Refund through Paypal with lies

MyHoster purchased my Pterodactyl Theme, 'Premium Theme' for $75. A few days later, I noticed that they had requested a refund, claiming that the product "did not work", even though they never contacted me. Naturally, I immediately contacted them to ask about the specific problem. Shortly thereafter, I was added to a Discord group with the owner and developer. I offered assistance via AnyDesk, a Discord call, or chat, but they never responded or shared any details about the bug with me. Eventually, they started ignoring me altogether.

Without any further communication, they escalated the PayPal dispute and demanded a response from me. I provided all the evidence from our Discord chat, which clearly showed that I was helpful and very customer-friendly. Despite this, I lost the dispute because they falsely claimed in the PayPal case that I provided no help and extremely uncooperative, without providing any evidence to support their accusations.

PS: I've shared this experience on their Discord Server in the channel specifically set up for reviewing them, they've banned me...
