Ordered a product but they don't deliver. Sent them emails and they don't respond. 'View order' link in email confirmation does not work. Don't buy from this website. They are scammers for sure.

Paid for a driveway alarm which hasn’t arrived. They have ignored my emails and online contact form request for information. Do not use this Chinese site as it appears not to be legitimate.

Sometimes their products work but when they don't their customer service is non-existent!

If you don't believe me, try emailing them or better yet visit their website where the contact us form didn't even have a send button when I last checked!

At best their products are a risky purchase and at worst they're folly.

this website myhosmart is not legit - out of china - they just want your money - no way to contact - still waiting for product!

Just a phone number in China that directs you to leave a message.

I have left 6 in the last year and sent 3 e-mails.

NO RESPONSE.

Product never shipped or received. Vendor does not respond to email or attempts at contact. Currently trying to get a refund.

A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 9:56 am on January 15, 2023 in CRESTWOOD, KY 40014. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.
Five Days Later and there is no tracking of this actually being shipped, printing a label does not mean it's on it's way.

We ordered a set of 3 for $149.99 and only received 2. I’ve emailed the company to fix the problem and haven’t heard anything back. I will be returning the wrong order soon and just hope I can get my money back. Would not recommend doing business with this company based on incorrect order and lack of response from company.

I paid 143.00 for the receiver and 4 alarms....and I ordered direct from MyHosmart....never received the items...tried to contact MyHosmart by phone...no answer...leave message...no reply...attempted to contact MyHosmart by email msg...comes up as not delivered as not in service email account...called left several messages on answer machine...no response....this outfit appears to be a fly by night business....yes they show email and phone numbers but nobody answers and nobody responds to messages left....guess I got screwed out of $150 bucks !!!....if they actually review these reviews....how about contacting me and sending me my order !!

Great for Long Range! We already own a 1/2 Mile sensor and receiver, but needed a second receiver for a different location. We LOVE these sensors, and even made a video about it last year. The original set is still going strong. The sensor is solar powered, so it doesn't need batteries. The receiver is plugged in. So we never worry about either. It just works!

Excellent service and excellent product

Have had Hosmart Driveway alarms for several years, but weather and probably a woodpecker took out my final 2. Have relieved them with 3 or the newer ones and they are working great. Customer service has been excellent. However, if ordering online be sure you're on the North American store.

My experience is, Its been 2 weeks since you debited my account and I still do not have my product.

Ordering was easy. Getting notified that the product was shipped, is on the way, or had been delivered never happened. No way to reach out to them other than email. Hours of business and phone number are unreachable at US times. Did not recieved package.

I placed the driveway alarm 40 yards from the road and it still pick up every car that came by. I had to place them by the road facing my house, took me two days to get them adjusted. It takes them a few seconds to pick up movement and the base station only goes off for a few seconds not enough time to get up and look at it. So not very happy with it, the reason for the three stars.
