The service rep did a great job exploring options for my subscription question.

Representative, Joseph communicated clearly to explain changes and new offerings through My Heritage.

I subscribed to upgraded resources that will help me complete the family history records.

I plan to use one new feature to tell my own story, with pages compiled about my own life.

I have been receiving some "matches" lately, which I like, but if there is something incorrect about them, it is difficult to change anything without deleting the whole thing. I also do not like the listing of issues (things like ages too close, etc.) as I have been unable to figure out how to fix them. One thing is that my grandmother is listed as too young to have one of my uncles--but he is not her son, he is her stepson. Also, listed under my great-grandmother are her children, but also children of her ex-husband who are unrelated to her. In addition, there are some "matches" that have been mixed in with accurate matches, but are from Britain and completely unrelated to my family, but it seems you have to accept all of the matches on that list.

They find info that I would never be able to find on my own

Tsvi is an amazing representative of your company. He was able to find a way to honor my lengthy membership with you with discounts which upgraded from my current plan. He understands I do little research on the summer but ramp that up in our winter months.
His personality and interest in how I used the plan sparked personal stories, including a heritage trip to meet relatives and my desire to write the biographies of relatives as the stories I discovered are absolutely fascinating.
Tsvi worked to make my membership work for me in continuing my work easier. His personality and effort to get me the best deal is greatly appreciated.
He should be reward somehow. I recommend a promotion.

I’ve had a good experience with MyHeritage. The platform is easy to use and has been very helpful for researching my family history and building my family tree. I especially like the historical records and genealogy tools available. Overall, it’s a useful service for anyone interested in learning more about their ancestors.

I started with a free trial period of two weeks, but after a week, I bought a monthly subscription for premiumplus. After two weeks I got a mail with the announcement that my year subscription had started. I was confused. Apparently, I have two subscriptions now and when I try to contact them, I got no reaction. I want a monthly subscription and not a year subscription. Be careful! I thought it was a very nice site and app, until this. It is just not clear and in the play store you can only see the monthly subscription, not the year subscription. After some research I discovered that the year subscription is at the site. I am very disappointed, it is such a beautiful concept..
