I enrolled in the JHU Applied Generative AI course to explore how generative AI could enhance decision support, accelerate analysis, and improve operational efficiency without compromising reliability, traceability, or security. In my work supporting government departments as a systems engineer, integration and risk management are paramount. The course addressed these realities directly by covering model limitations, hallucination risks, evaluation metrics, and strategies for human in the loop oversight.

I would strongly recommend the John Hopkins University Applied Generative AI course to anyone that has an interest in AI. It provided an excellent understanding of working with AI and how fast it is growing.

This is a great program which has provided a useful foundation in my understanding of the building blocks of artificial intelligence (AI) and the rapidly evolving landscape of Agentic AI. I found the combination of presentation notes, aligned with lecturers videos and mentored learning sessions helpful in providing stepping stones in my develop of skills in the application of Agentic AI in real-world scenarios. The program support was very helpful with the speedy resolution of queries and responses to my questions. A great experience and well worth the money.

I’m currently enrolled in the Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Business Applications at the University of Texas at Austin, offered through Great Learning, and I’m about halfway through the program.
What I appreciate most is the hands-on approach—ready-to-use Python code and real-world project examples make it easier to grasp concepts and apply them immediately. The mentor-led weekend sessions are especially valuable, providing opportunities to ask questions and learn directly from experienced professionals.

I recently completed the University of Texas at Austin’s AI for Leaders postgraduate program, delivered by Great Learning, and it was an outstanding experience.

This was my first online academic program and also my first formal step into AI studies, so I started with high expectations. The experience exceeded those expectations on every level.

The asynchronous content was well-structured, clear, and highly relevant for leaders who want to understand and apply AI. The practical exercises were especially valuable, helping translate concepts into real-world thinking and decision-making. AI for leaders course is just setting the base for everyone to go conquer in the world of AI. This course touches on some of the core concepts of AI and helps you to use your analytical skills to build further. This is industry agnostic course and I'd recommend to anyone in the industry to advance in their career.

I completed the Certificate Program in Agentic AI and had a great experience. The content is very well curated and highly relevant. In a field that evolves as quickly as AI, it’s not easy to find training that stays current, but this program does an excellent job of covering modern concepts and practical applications.

I decided to take this course to strengthen my Agentic AI knowledge in my role as a manager of AI engineers, and it exceeded my expectations. The course is very hands-on, and the videos are clear, engaging, and informative.

The program and experience I can say is the best I have taken so far from all of the top universities and without a doubt has given me the knowledge and skills to innovate and advance in the next stage of my career. Overall the program team was supportive, knowledgeable and responsive to my requests and the cutting edge knowledge gained from the mentored learning sessions I will cherish for a very long time. Overall this was a supremely valuable program.

Just finished a course through Johns Hopkins for AI in Healthcare administered by Great Learning. Over the 3 months of the course most of the student interactions are through Great Learning where you are assigned a dedicated facilitator who handles your online class schedules, communications and any issues that are escalated. All of this, including all of the online learning, assignments and exams, is done through the Great Learning web platform. I found the entire process easy to navigate, from initial registration, through all of the learning interactions, to the final grading and completion certificate process. On a personal note, my facilitator, Naman, was always very communicative keeping the class updated on a regular basis and was always responsive when I needed to ask question or had an issue with process. In short, a great learning experience made easier by a robust Great Learning facilitation process.

The Agentic AI program was very well organized and the Great Learning platform is a huge part of this... I was comforted to see that all of the videos, materials, quizzes, and projects relevant to the course are in one place. I could access the platform from anywhere and this proved very useful. Bottom line is the next time I take an online certificate I will look for Great Learning to see if it's a part of the program.

I am extremely satisfied with the current Post Graduate Program in Machine Learning. As someone who has committed to a full three-year doctoral journey, I carefully evaluated my options before enrolling and I strongly believe this has been one of the wisest academic and professional decisions I have made.

The quality of the curriculum is outstanding It is rigorous, well-structured and deeply relevant to real-world machine learning applications. The content strikes an excellent balance between theoretical foundations and practical implementation, which is essential at this level of study.

The Mandatory Learning Sessions, especially those led by Tarushi, are truly exceptional. Her clarity of explanation, depth of knowledge and ability to simplify complex concepts while maintaining academic rigor are remarkable. These sessions add immense value and significantly enhance the learning experience.

Another major strength of the program is the assessment structure. The assignments and evaluations are thoughtfully designed to reinforce concepts and ensure genuine understanding rather than superficial learning. They effectively consolidate knowledge and build long-term retention.

As the curriculum evolves and expands to support remote delivery, I sincerely hope the program maintains these high standards of academic excellence, interaction quality, and assessment rigor. If the same depth, structure, and mentorship are preserved in the remote format, this program will continue to stand out as a premier learning experience.
