1. Program Coordination & Support
​The administrative side of this program is exceptional. I would like to specifically highlight the Program Managers for their proactive coordination and consistent support. Their dedication ensured that the logistical side of the learning journey was seamless, allowing me to focus entirely on the curriculum. This level of student support is a significant strength of the Great Learning experience.

​2. Mentored Learning Sessions
​The sessions themselves were insightful and highly valuable for grasping complex concepts. However, there is a significant opportunity for improvement regarding inclusivity and accessibility.
Constructive Suggestion: I recommend a redesign of the session delivery to better accommodate students with special needs.
Incorporating features like specialized learning aids would ensure the program is truly equitable for all learners.

​3. Tuition and Fees
​While the quality of the content is high, the current fee structure feels a bit steep.
Constructive Suggestion: I encourage the leadership team to review downwards, the pricing model. A downward adjustment or more flexible financial options would make this excellent program accessible to a broader range of talented professionals.

Final Thoughts
​I have truly enjoyed my time in the PGP-GABA program. If the improvements regarding accessibility and cost-efficiency are addressed, I would have no hesitation in awarding a full 5-star rating.

I like the hands-on approach to the learning. Sometimes the videos can be a little difficult to follow because it's such a one way experience. Since I started, I have had to be very organized in managing my time to attend the live mentored classes, finish the weekly work and quizzes, and complete the projects. I find the biggest value in doing the project, which allows you to synthesize the learning. I had multiple realizations and lightbulb moments whenever I'm doing the projects. Overall it's a great learning experience for me. I definitely know a lot more and have a better understanding of the AI and ML models and the intricacies behind the various concepts.

I had a great experience. Everyone I interacted was always helpful and professional. I learned alot from my coursework, projects, and mentor sessions. I started with no knowledge of AI or how to use Python. After completing this coursework, I have become a champion in AI, ML, Dl, and Data Analytics. Both my instructors well inspirational and extremely helpful.

Really enjoyed the lectures and practical applications in real world scenarios! Instructors were well educated and leading practitioners in the field.

The AI content is very well structured, with clear and objective instruction, and the platform’s flexibility allows you to study at your own pace. I would also like to highlight the quality of the instructors, who demonstrate strong expertise and explain concepts in a practical way, making learning much easier.

I attended Great Learning’s facilitated MIT No-Code AI & Machine Learning programme. The faculty were excellent—providing clear explanations, crisp delivery, and highly useful content. Bhuwan from Great Learning was also very supportive, ensuring smooth and easy access to the course platform. The learning platform itself was intuitive and required no learning curve. The assignments were well-designed, reflecting MIT’s standards, and effectively reinforced what I set out to learn.

The course material was robust and covers basic to advanced level concepts. Mentors/teachers were extremely dedicated toward setting a learning path for all of us. Their cooperation and knowledge was immense. I am glad to be part of this program as it has set a Great Learning curve for me moving ahead in practical life.

From the material that is provided to the quizzes to the program manager, all these made the learning experience seamless . Having to juggle work and school at the same time, the schedule allowed me to tackle both, the program manager also checked in to see how i was doing throughout the journey. The projects were detailed and were able to broaden my mind and allow me to apply what i have learnt from the program in my real life job. Data is the future and this course has helped me stay ahead and stay prepared for the future.

Before taking this program, I had exposure to AI concepts in bits and pieces, but the course helped bring everything together in a clear and structured way, putting all the concepts into proper perspective—from foundational AI and machine learning principles to advanced topics such as transformers, large language models, prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and agentic AI workflows. The hands-on projects and practical business scenarios made it easier to understand how these technologies can be applied in real-world industry contexts, which is extremely valuable for professionals looking to build or integrate AI solutions within their companies. Overall, I highly recommend this program to anyone who is starting their AI journey as well as to professionals who already have some exposure to AI but want to strengthen their practical skills and gain a more structured and comprehensive understanding of Generative AI and its business applications.

I rarely write reviews, but after my experience with Great Learning I feel obligated to warn others considering spending serious money on their programs.

I paid around ₹1 lakh expecting a structured learning experience with proper guidance and up-to-date material. What I encountered instead was outdated documentation, slow support, and a frustrating “figure it out yourself” approach after payment.

A major issue is the course material being outdated. This becomes a serious problem when learning platforms like Microsoft Azure where the interface, rules, and configurations change frequently. The PDFs and instructions provided often do not match the current Azure environment, which means even when you follow the steps exactly, things break.

Normally that wouldn’t be fatal if the support team responded quickly. Unfortunately, they don’t.
For people who work full-time (like me), learning usually happens during very limited time windows in the evening or weekends. When something breaks and you ask for help, the response often comes much later, by which time you’re already back at work and can’t continue. That effectively kills the momentum of learning.

Over time, the pattern becomes clear:
- Outdated PDFs and instructions
- Labs that don’t work as described
- Delayed responses from support
- Students left stuck waiting just to proceed

At that point you start asking yourself: what exactly did I pay ₹1 lakh for?

The most frustrating part is that once the payment is made, the urgency from their side seems to disappear. What was marketed as a guided program begins to feel more like self-learning with expensive PDFs.

I’m honestly surprised more people don’t talk about this aspect of these programs.

If you’re considering enrolling with Great Learning, my advice is simple:

Make sure you understand exactly what level of support you’ll get after payment because that will determine whether the course is actually worth the money.

Excellent programs, good conceptual material, fairly intensive projects, helpful webinar. Overall I would say one would always benefit from the structured and intensive approach vs the very superficial approach of other programs

It’s a great way to start the AI journey. The course is paced nicely with steady progression. The projects at end of the modules are a good learning experience. Recorded sessions are followed by mentored sessions every weekend.

Great Learning platform was easy to navigate and the process of learning and completing assessments was really smooth. The program managers were incredibly helpful in helping me navigate lessons while I was also traveling across time zones. Instructors were excellent. Highly recommend!

The AI training was extremely helpful, and the material was very well curated. The faculty were knowledgeable and took the time to clarify all doubts. I really enjoyed the classroom environment and had a great time interacting with fellow classmates. Special kudos to the coordinator, Arjun, who was very responsive and accommodating throughout.
