Unclear product details and dismissive support

While I wouldn't call them scammers, the overall experience is incredibly frustrating due to a lack of transparency. The website is vague, making it nearly impossible to understand what is actually included in the service. When you inevitably run into issues and reach out to support, it’s a waste of time. The agents seem more interested in closing the chat than actually helping. They simply redirect you to irrelevant links on the site rather than answering questions. I was ultimately surprised by the lack of support for a product I paid for. Save yourself the headache and stay away.
