I spent more than three months scoping potential garden office suppliers, and although there were many less expensive than My Eco Space Ltd (see website myecospace.co.uk), I was attracted by both it's environmental credentials ("no concrete, no mess, no waste"), and the promise of "zero hidden costs or charges beyond the initial purchase and installation".
In practice, I paid 50% more than the estimated foundation costs, "earth screw pile foundations" were not used contrary to the sales literature, and the concrete substitute is almost 19" too wide at the rear and 9" too wide at one side.
One window had to be replaced, a washroom door had to be refitted, and tradesmen had to return to tidy the 'mess'.
In summary, I now have a "custom designed and built, modern garden office". On reflection, I suspect might have bought a construction of similar environmental specifications, with a smaller concrete footprint, for less money.
I'd have to think very carefully before recommending My Eco Space Ltd to other customers.

I had my studio from my eco space. It was a very professional and speedy service. A year on I've only needed the door adjusting which they were able to send someone to fix for me. The studio is excellent and has also added value to our property too.
