Very poor communication and product
Very helpfull and informative. All products are factory tested and manufacturers have the certificates, RoHS & CE, which are for safety of electrical goods. Lots of information on a wide range of products.
Communication poor if you receive any. Also extremely reluctant to provide documentary evidence of their claims regarding their quoted RoHS and CE certification.
