MyDivert is Virtualy Dead

I have been using the company for a very long time and it was great and the beginning. I have 3 DID numbers with them. This year from July I cannot make any phone call even though the SIP shows registered. I can still receive it, but not dial. I topped up €100 and now all I can is wait until the numbers expire.
I emailed support 3 times via my account. The button with "Pending Reply" was deleted each time after about 2 days. It means someone sees it but do not answer.
They do not exist anymore but keep afloat yet.

I contacted my Softphone App provider to check if the problem might be on their side. I provided them with logs and they replied to me saying that it is not on their side, but rather MyDivert Servers not working. They explained to me that MD may stop paying for servers that are used for outgoing calls and it might happen the same for incoming ones. So, watch it when all stop working.

These days to get new DID, one must show a lot of documents and If one doesn`t have an address in the city of the required number, then it is impossible to purchase anymore. Before ID was enough, but not anymore. Now, utility bills etc are to be submitted.
There are many providers but whom to trust? Besides, as I said, it`s impossible to have a number somewhere when one is not a resident. No idea what`s the point of DID now.

We've tried disabling and enabling it and tried diverting it to a different number, but it doesn't work (callers get a disconnected tone). So, as a temporary solution we've had to divert it to voicemail, which does still work.

We've tried disabling and enabling it and tried diverting it to a different number, but it doesn't work (callers get a disconnected tone). So, as a temporary solution we've had to divert it to voicemail, which does still work.

So, ok, things can go wrong sometimes, but our complaint is with the lack of response from Mydivert. We have sent them 3 urgent messages via their support tickets but have received no response. We've searched for a telephone number for them everywhere but can't find one (odd for a company that sells telephone numbers you might think). We found a very old number for them in Ireland on an old PayPal receipt but it returns a generic voicemail message (doesn't say if it is Mydivert or not) saying no one is available and to leave a message, which we did.

It's now been 4 hours and we have not heard anything, not even an automated response saying the ticket is being dealt with. This is not acceptable for us as we have already been more than half a day without being able to receive customer phone calls.

If we don't hear back and have the problem resolved by the end of today we'll be looking for another provider.

MyDivert, if you are reading this please respond to support ticket 47246 from account 001101916 urgently.

No support - very bad service

Like many of the others are saying support is non-existent, whenever there is an issue there is no way to resolve it. The only way is to raise a support ticket, these never get answered and then randomly just get closed. There is no phone number, no email no other ways to contact. We are moving our phone line away from them

Rubbish

For many years I use Mydivert.com for my phone calls. But I have to quit. No dice on any of my requests. Service is poor and many times the phone lines are off air.

Fraudulent

Fraudulent. They do not answer to support tickets. One of numbers that I have with them doesn't work for several weeks, and they don't care and still charging number.

Didnumbers.com is a fraud

Didnumbers.com is a fraud. They've stolen my money. They are not responding to emails or support tickets. I have prepaid money but I cannot buy dids.

UNRESPOSIVE & FRAUDULENT

I had issues with my account and I lodged a ticket with them as I was drained close to $100.
They didnt respond for a whole month, and then I had enough and filed for a paypal refund, and then all of a sudden, they delete my account and my access within a few hours.

Before this experience, I have been with them for a very long time and this was the only issue I have ever had. But I noticed that since 2015, they became almost that of a shell company.

Avoid them like a plague!!

MyDivert's death grossly exaggerated

We have enjoyed using MyDivert since March 2012 with flawless service. MyDivert customer service just renewed our annual subscription in September 2016 and we continue to have no problems. Great service!

WARNING! receiving the money but no reaction and provision, fraud obvoius

Shortly I wanted to buy a new DID for my VoIP account, and needed to pay 24 EUR upfront before beeing able to order the DID, but that mapping never happened. Also no reaction of the company on any tickets or messages has taken place.
7 days later I startet a problem case at paypal, and as reaction just 1 day later my account with the charged money was deleted and my login is not any more recognized, The payed money was not refunded.

Someone is there active just in collecting money, but not in provisioning the ordered service!

WARNING! This company was formerly good, but now it is a complete cheat,

Dead company

I've been using their service for about 2 years now, and it seems that the company is dead now... Their SIP servers are down since April and it doesn't seem that they are even doing anything..

Atrocious company, and service.

We have used them for a few years now, and their service has been getting progressively worse..

Ordered a new DID on the 1st April, no response after 2 weeks, so made a sales enquiry and support ticket, still no response so ordered a 2nd number a week after that. Its now well over a month, and what they did, was cancel all our orders, with no messages or reasons why.

Steer clear of these guys, they are also known as didnumbers.

no customer support for 2 weeks. opened a paypal dispute to take my money back

i cannot believe in today's market that a company does NOT bother to offer any customer/technical support whatsoever. I usually paid in advance for monthly subscriptions but the phone is dead for 2 weeks. Company ignores the open tickets. I asked them to cancel my account and refund all my money. Since they are not answering during support request for sure they won't bother canceling my account so i opened a paypal dispute. If i don't hear from them i will escalate to a claim

too bad as i was using them for many years but i guess this does not matter to them anymore. Adios mydivert...may you rest in peace as there are other better providers out there.

8 day turnaround on problems

This guys have got progressively worse and worse. The automated piece works ok, but when you need to contact a real person the wheels drop off. Have re-occuring issues with a number and an 8 day turnaround times on tickets is a joke when trying to run a business. Avoid these guys

Paid them 20€, never heard from them again

Paid them the required 20€ to start an account, sent them the required documentation, and never heard from them again. All my emails have been ignored and obviously no refund has been issued.

Me being honest, I tried to contact them by standard means, but should've filed a dispute on Paypal and at least would have got my money back. Learned my lesson.
