Broken Mugs and No Reply for Compensation

I had purchased two mugs from them. Both of them came broken and were wrapped with bubble paper purely. I reached out to them by sending 2 emails, texting on Whatsup and Facebook and no one ever replied to me for weeks. I'm sad for the money and the effort I have spend.

Do not order from them

I should have read the reviews first. I have been waiting for my order for over 3 weeks now, no response to my five emails or contact on Facebook, no telephone number to reach them on. I have no idea how to request a refund at this point, given that there is no way to reach them. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service. I have waited over 2 weeks for the order to ship. We have exchanged at least 5 emails and my product is being sent to the wrong address. Terrible communication, awful service.

Extremely disappointed...

"I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order expecting delivery within three days, but after waiting two whole months,in the end l had my money back. There was no communication whatsoever – a complete blackout. I had to chase them for updates, and even then, no effort was made to resolve the issue. Eventually, I had to request a refund, which was the only thing they managed to process. This company is not serious at all and has terrible customer service. I will not be ordering from them again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well."

Crazy waiting time/shotty support service

Waiting time was not even close to what it stated on their site, after more than a month waiting I requested refund 3 times with no reply, so then they decided finally send my order despite i informed them via WhatsApp/facebook and email that i want refund for my order.. not recommended.

I ordered a water bottle 1 week ago, as of today I have not even received a confirmation of the delivery, in the web it says it was delivered within the same week. I understand things can be delay but hey:

1. A total lack of customer service, I have sent 2 emails, no response.
2. Whatsapp number in the page is a joke, you send a message, again no response.

I think it is important to value the time of the customer, this was for a gift and of course now I dont have a gift to give, I want my money back but most probably will be lost as well.

Yet the audacity to send promotional emails for Valentines, definitely I wouldn't trust in them to deliver something for valentine.

I am very happy with the bottles

I am very happy with the bottles, they are very easy to drink and have a nice design. In addition, the service is fantastic! There were problems with the delivery by PostNL and My Customized resolved this very quickly and effectively. In addition, they are super fast with communication and you will be treated in a friendly manner. Thank you for the service and the products!

I ordered two water bottles. One of them was broken since the beginning, the other one broke today. Very bad quality and the Customer Service is not responding to my E-Mails. I want my money back.
