i’m in Switzerland working for 3 months i have a job visa and have no real proof of address and decided to play deposited money and won a bit and now i can’t make a withdrawal because i need a proof of address and a swiss citizen . For me it’s a scam how can i make a deposit and cannot make a withdrawal? Really bad casino don’t suggest to anyone.

As this is a legal requirement and winnings can only be paid out to a Verified Player Account, this is unfortunately out of our hands. All winnings that cannot be paid out are transferred to the AHV and do not remain with us in the casino.
