Dark-pattern money trap - avoid
This company's subscription model feels designed to quietly take money, not to sell software. No renewal reminder. Price silently raised 20%. Charge hits at 7 AM out of nowhere. No cancel button anywhere in the account - you have to beg support by email.
I cancelled 75 minutes after the charge. Their own log proves it. Never used the service. Three different agents copy-pasted the same refusal. They know exactly what they're doing - dig through their reviews here, hundreds of people describe the identical trap.
They're a German company and in my view this setup doesn't even comply with their own consumer law (§309, §312k BGB - auto-renewal into a fixed year and no cancellation button are both prohibited). I'm pursuing it via PayPal dispute and the European Consumer Centre.
Do not give them a card number. If you already did - cancel today, not next year.

After an annual digital license renews and the new service period begins, refunds are limited under our license policy, especially once the digital service has been made available. £80 a year to keep it live and it barely gets used.
After a few payments of £80 you could actually afford something decent that actually find all of the issues with your car as this one doesn't.

it used to be good when you buy license once and use it before its gone to this silly subscription based and free dongle. I have already paid but i still get daily reminder email that I need to pay and thats since march this year, imagine that and when i raise it with their customer support they comes up with amazing answer, they cant stop it as its done by the app automatically and it will keep doing it forever!

I would buy a general scanner which supports BMW without any ristriction including resetting the error code. I had to buy one when I sold my BMW Z4 to reset lot's of error codes which were turned on when I repair some parts.
It would be a lot cheaper than this.
However if you want to program specific BMW codes, this is the best.
Be careful not to charged wihtout known. Unscribe immidiately if you want to use only one time which you can use for a year. If you forget unsubscribing, you will be charged every year. Carly wants your money even though you don't use it. The default setting should be unsubscribing when it is not renewed intentionally. Auto renewal should not be applied by Carly!

Fraudulently charged my credit card $109.88 for something I never signed up for, nor purchased. If you've ever bought any of their products, pay attention to the corresponding account. And now, when I attempt to use their app, it's like my entire profile has been deleted. Seems very shady.
