As all the other reviews state I have no prior knowledge of this company until my bank flagged the activity before the money came out,

I have been emailing them hourly today in dispute and have started quoting the consumer rights act and reporting them to action fraud.
They are now in the process of refunding me.

Total scam artist, you will prob find £27:69 taken out of your account, contact your bank and get a refund.

The company director if it is his real name is Vasco RAMOS (Portuguese) he is a director of 5 other companies and all scam companies designed to steal money.

Other company names all started on 14 Sept 2016

I am on the hunt for this guy and so will the police be very soon, one place he is going JAIL I will update when this low life has been caught, in the meantime I hope he is at the address because he is getting a visit, 100% he won’t be

I have had £27.69 stolen from my bank account by this scum of a company.. I have emailed them 5 times and have yet to get a response at all from them. Have also tried to phone them using the number on their website but it would seem that they are using the Covid situation to not answer them.

I will be speaking to my bank on Monday and if anyone has had the same problem, I suggest you do the same..

This company are scum, stealing money from people's accounts, especially in a time like we find ourselves in..

Tried to take £27.69 out of my account and i have literally never heard of them.

Luckily my bank caught it. My cards only a few weeks old so no idea how they got the details as i've hardly used it.

Passed on to Fraud team.

EVERYONE!! YOU CAN BEAT THIS GUY! REPORT HIM TO YOUR BANK FOR FRAUD. WHETHER YOU HAVE ACCIDENTALLY ACCEPTED ANY TERMS OR NOT YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK. YOU CAN TELL YOUR BANK THAT YOU NEVER RECEIVED ANY LOG IN DETAILS FOR TRENDYBOOST AND THEY WILL REFUND YOU!!! Call him a c**t for me :)!!!

Same as everyone else on here ... taken money, never heard of them, never signed up, cant close account as i don’t have one, called for weeks no answer, emailed no reply, reported to RBS who are investigating - absolutely devastated this kind of thing happens. Thief

Disgusting people! They've been taking money from my account for months! I never ever gave them my details, I don't know how they've got hold of them. I will report them and beware of them! Bloody crooks!

Did not sign up took money out my account without my knowledge. Rang them guy on the phone was an not helpful. Disgusting company

This is fraud. I NEVER signed up for this and don't even have access to "my" account. Will be reporting to my bank and reporting them to the Insolvency Service. BEWARE.

I noticed a payment on my bank statement this week for £27.69 relating to this retailer. I can categorically state that I have NOT any dealings / contact with this company and have no idea how and when they attained my personal details and in particular my debit card details.
I have reported it to Royal Bank Of Scotland fraud team and they are investigating it.
In the meantime I have been trying unsuccessfully to e-mail & call the contact details on their website to discuss why this has happened and to request a refund for a service I have not received. 4 days of trying to contact them & I have not heard anything.
I can cancel my account on their website so it says , however as I did not sign up in the first place i cannot log in!!!

I will keep trying to get hold of someone and get my money back but to potential customers beware

Rude, really rude. Not helpful and don't care.
