Amazing service from start to finish.
The hubby loves it

Not what I ordered and no response from customer service

Address was not put on the parcel meaning it was delivered late and to the wrong address.
Parcel had then been opened and passed between addresses until the correct address was found.
This meant it was late for the person it was initially bought for

Brickbox is incredible!! Such a talented lady designed a minecraft frame for my son it was so personal and he absolutely loves it even took it to school for show and tell!

Excellent product and good quality.
Delivery was easily tracked and product arrived on time.

Item produced exactly as described and beautifully presented. Some mix-ups on delivery arrangements rescued at the last moment. Aside from that, I am very happy with the service. Thanks

I bought this as a wedding gift for two of my friends recently. It was beautifully made and arrived reasonably quickly and in immaculate condition. My friends absolutely loved it! Only slight criticism I have is that the emails invite you to track your order to see shipping details but I couldn't find any link on my view order page or any tracking number on the shipping notification email that allowed me to do that. As with most things, do order early if the gift is for an event like a birthday or wedding etc. I ordered just over 2 weeks in advance of the wedding (so I was cutting it very fine!) and it was delivered the day after the event.

Absolutely wonderful :)I came across this gift idea on Amazon and thought it was fantastic! The order arrived in a timely manner and I think it is very good value for money. I opened it at work and everyone around me commented on how great it was! :) The hair colours were not what I was expecting (my fault I think), but Lucy was very responsive and helpful in solving that. I would highly recommend. Thank you for a great gift and service !
