Quite a cool shop with nice productc but flawed software

Quite a cool shop with nice products but the shop software is a mess. The basket was suddenly empty before my order.
During order while l changed my address I got an internal server error and on the overview page the basket was empty again.
Funny that after choosing the stuff again (for the 3rd time!) and tried to order again I directly jumped back to the overview page and was able to finish the checkout with one additional click.
Still quite bad technical groundwork.
