Sent me some random item worth about one 10th of what I ordered. Wont respond to any emails. Waist of time and money.

They never sent the product. I canceled the product. They have not yet refunded. I alerted my bank. They do not respond promptly if at all to emails. The phone number is non-responsive. This is the 4th week and I have yet to get a refund.

Please save yourself the time and agrevation, they are scammers in China, they will not return your money or correct the problem, it took them weeks to reply to my email and it took over a month to get my product, they shipped the wrong items and wouldn't refund my money, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Scam. Never received the item. No email, no communications.

Dont buy anything from this website. They just get your money and dont deliver the items.

Scammers. Bought a double order of solar lights. Took over a month to get. Custom stickers all over it from China. 2 lights didn't even work, 2 more failed after a week. They wanted me to send them back at my expense? Still haven't received the second part of the order. Sent in a complaint about it, and no one has answered where those are. Went on Amazon and found the exact lights, exact manufacturer for 1/2 the price delivered in 3 days and no delivery charge unlike Muzzux. Worst company ever, don't waste your money. Scammers......

I ordered a light fixture from this site. What arrived was an incredibly cheap fixture. This was shipped from Singapore and they don't allow any returns. Do not buy from this company! Trust the other negative reviews. Also, on further review of their website, they post ratings looking like reviews but there is no way to read the actual reviews. I wrote the company telling them about how cheap this item was and while they did respond, they said there are no returns. I am disgusted by their business practices.

Item I ordered took more than a month to arrive and it was the wrong size they shipped. I sent a very nice e-mail asking how we can fix the problem. Never heart back.

I placed an order for almost $300 for items I need for my business. I have not gotten the items. I've sent messages to their customer service without response as well as left messages by phone requesting to be called back. No one will return my calls or refund my money. Huge Scam!

So bad! I have an order two months ago and they told me I would get my refund if they don’t ship the items for me! So far, I haven’t gotten yet! I sent email and nobody reply! It is about nine hundred dollars!

They will not contact you back they will not give you your order and i paid for fast shipping i ordered on 4 30 2020 its now 6 9 2020 and nothing

i placed an order on 4/11/20 i waited patiently. I even gave them extra time due to covid19. Then i called, and called, and called....... I left about 20 voicemails begging for a phone call back. Today is 3/4/20, i have not received my product, or a phone call.

Honestly worst service I’ve ever had. I order on April 24th today is May 31. Like what the F*** how long does it take to mail a box I paid 5.99 for shipping. I doubt I’ll get that back. I’d highly recommend everyone to stay away from this site. They seem 2020 but are still in the 1900 on shipping/responding to customer. 100/100 will never be coming back.

Do not trust this site at all, I was just on the site shopping for a couple of things. Added to cart proceeded to checkout, went through the steps they make you go through. When it got to step 4 the payment option there was only options for credit cards, at the bottom of page it clearly shows they except PayPal but PayPal isn't an option at payment method. I got out quick, that is shady as hell, big red flag.

I am still waiting for my refund. I bought face mask and they cancelled the order 2 days to the day I was expecting the face masks to be delivered. Why did you charge me when you already cancelled. You sent me an email that my money will be refunded 7 to 14days. It's been almost a month. I am still waiting for my refund.

They take the money from your bank account immediately even if the product isn't in stock.

FAKE SCAM WEBSITE. All fake info. Fake offers. They activate certain fake offers with low prices to lure victims to be defrauded. Same criminals with many similar sites. Don’t fall for their scam. Cancel your payment and card if you gave them any financial data and report them immediately!
