All you need to do is fill out the form on our website: https://www.muziker.nu/en/returns/new and send the goods (including the withdrawal form) back to our warehouse.

I havn't received anything
I havn't received anything. I was told it would come tuesday. I havn't been noticed about the procedure along the way. I dont know when my product will arrive - or where!
