The expected delivery date didn’t come true, but I guess it was due to the fact that the package was shipped from another country and a weekend also passed. But the tracking info was reliable and the package was well protected and the product was in good condition.

Competitive price point, subpar delivery time
It did seem they were pretty fast with processing my purchase, but their choice of delivery partner (Packeta) - is ruining the experience - and reflects poorly on this shop.
Delivery was set to yesterday, and when I trace the package with Packeta it says its handed over to a local courier, however, when I look it up, the local courier did not receive the parcel.
So - no updates, no nothing, parcel stuck somewhere in nowhere land, and heard nothing from Muziker.
Competitive prices for sure, but don't buy if you need whatever you're buying to be delivered fast.

There was an issue with the courier…
There was an issue with the courier regarding my order, but when notified muziker responded relevant and with a good handling of the issue. I felt so comfortable with the customer experience that I ordered the item again, with a different courier and got the item, upon resolution of the first courier issue.
10/10 - would and will order again.

You guys should consider not working…
You guys should consider not working with UPS. They delivered my package to another address. I live on number 167, and they delivered the parcel to 132 to a university reception. They did not even notify me about this. If I hadn’t track my order that package would have been lost.
