Bought several products from Mutts and Hounds and always considered the quality to be great but recently have been questioning that.

The BioFlow collar was of low quality. When I alerted this to them several times they did not care and continued to plow through regardless.

Shocking customer service. Would not recommend.

I've purchased several harnesses and two leads from Mutts & Hounds and have been very pleased with all my purchases as the quality of each item is superb. Each item is well made and the material used is exceptional. Also the toggle on the lead is a huge plus as my dog is young and very busy during our walks, if not for the toggle which automatically adjusts to her spins, our walks could get fairly hectic. I have highly recommended Mutts & Hounds to others here in the United States.

Mutts and Hounds came up trumps when I needed to re-order and they were out of stock. It was just a small item but it was important to us at the time. They were responsive and very helpful. Would not hesitate to order something again in the future.

I and my doggo are very happy with her new bed. It's of beautiful quality and was delivered the next day to arrive on Christmas Eve.

I bought a collar and bow tie from Mutts & Hounds for our dog, and I couldn't be happier! The delivery was super fast, and the quality of the products is outstanding. The collar fits perfectly and the bow tie adds such a cute touch. Highly recommend!

Please do not purchase.
It is a scam. Over a month, still no dog bed. Zero apology. Zero update.
Terrible customer service and by the sounds of it the quality is also terrible. Don’t waste your time or money.

Really poor quality and high prices, had better quality from Amazon.

I bought a Grey Stars box bed for our dog. And i was very disappointed when it arrived the filling in the bed was not as full as the photo. Definitely not worth the money £113 worth about £30 the cover can not be removed for washing. I tried doing a review on there site and haven't put my review on there.

Very expensive collar and lead which look shabby in a matter of weeks, silver hardware tarnished and colour has come off and stained the sage green collar black. Customer service is appalling they waste your time asking for images and further information to then offer no apology and blame customer usage and tell you go back to were you purchased it from to see if they will replace it! Reading other reviews people have had similar issues so they are well aware of it but are just ignoring customers. High prices for cheap products and customer service is one of the worst I have ever come across.
