I love my grey wool coat and everyone admires it. It is as good as the day it was bought three years ago. Beautiful packaging and presentation also. Made in France and sustainable. Ships to Ireland with no difficulty. Would definitely order again.

All the negative reviews are right. I fell for their IG campaign. Without the help of Paypal my money would have been gone.
The return process was a nightmare and they do it on purpose.

The quality of this brand is abysmal.
I purchased shoes, took them out of the box and the colour had all peeled off. I emailed them and they were completely unhelpful. Safe to say I'll never buy from Musier Paris again.

The person found a quick solution while my package was stuck and finally found the package. She sent the size I wanted and I love it! Good customer experience, I will renew my purchase

I purchased a pair of boots. The calf circumference was so small that it was not possible for me to close the zipper even halfway. I stated this as a reason in my return request.
Sent back the boots and after 3 weeks and several reminders from my side to confirm receipt of the return, they informed me that I can't have a refund because the boots were worn (photos of worn boots) and the tip of the boots were all damaged.
What a poor company!! Unbelieveable.
I already hired a collection company to solve this problem.

Purchased a pair of trousers and they double charged me, and refusing to take responsibility despite the endless amounts of proof I have, terrible quality of clothes also, terrible customer service experience. DO NOT RECCOMEND. They have just scammed me out of £96 and are not refunding me whatsoever

Extremely irresponsible business!! Last year I bought a coat (bad quality for the price), and they couldn't deliver as the time they promised, so I asked if I should cancel the order or have it deliver to my holiday address outside of EU without me paying the VAT, they told me no worry about the VAT. When i got the item, i also received an VAT bill, and i sent it over to their customer service, they said they will take care of it, which they never did. A year later, i got an overdue VAT bill with €70 of penalty, so I forwarded it to Musier again, then i got the answer that it is my own responsibility to take care of the bill when i chose to ship outside of EU.. Excuse me, I consulted you as a trusted business, and you told me that I didn't need to worry about the VAT, and now you saying different things?! A company like you produce bad quality products and is dishonest to customers and will NEVER last long! What an embarrassment.

Refuse to refund via Paypal although the tracking link proves it was sent back to them ages ago and they even confirmed that they received my return. Will never order here again.

I recieved my 270€ trenchcoat and the quality is very poor. I am within my right to return according to their policy, which is within 15 days. But when I follow the steps on the webpage it says my right to return the items has expired.
I have spend hours trying to find a way to return it, and I still haven't found a solution. But I'm not giving up since the quality is so bad.

Bought the MIKA pantalon khaki suit trousers and had never worn until recently. Literally ripped the second time I wore them. The quality of this brand is truly terrible and, considering the price, is really just not up to par. It’s a real shame as the photos always look great, however, in the case of Musier it most certainly is false advertising. Lastly, the fit/tailoring of all their clothes is just terrible. It’s produced with little care and ultimately looks terrible on the body. They are fantastic at hiring models to wear their clothes which distracts, however, this is not a brand which cares about the quality of their clothes/ how it will fit.

I got the babies shoes from them and got so excited as they were so cute. Wore them only once and they're already in a bad shape...
Really bad quality of leather, i will have to pay to repair them.. as they were not costy enough...

Before ordering I had my doubts because of some negative reviews out there. I personally had a great experience. I ordered the Terrazzo dress which is beautiful, and it arrived only three days after ordering (sent from France to Belgium). So I really recommend!

Given the branding and etc I assumed this would be a decent quality brand. I ordered the Adriana skirt in a size 34/xs. When it arrived not only was it cut like a 38 or 40, but it was AWFUL quality polyester, like actually forever 21 quality. You expect a bit of quality when you’re spending $150 on a skirt. To add insult to injury they don’t cover return shipping, making the awful thing almost impossible to get rid of. As in, $190 shipping fee back to the shop, I had to sell it instead just to avoid spending double what I originally paid just to make a return. I can’t think of one good reason to buy from this brand.

My shoes came all dented and ripped and I messaged and DM them about it and they left me on read and just wrote “oh no!” Umm what? And they emailed me back saying I’m sorry here’s 10% off your next order. No thanks? These shoes were $200+ I wants my shoes to be normal not buy your junk again? Ugh worst customer service and even worse products. Stay away! Save your money!

The quality is really bad.
In just tre months my shoes are so ruined I simply have to throw them away, same with my besties shoes...we bought two different models and they both are in poor condition only after three months, regardless of the good care we took of them.

The customer service is just non existant

A+ experience with Musier Paris. Bought a pair of shoes from them that wasn't the right size. Was able to send back free of charge and sent the correct size promptly. Absolutely in love with my new shoes and can't wait to wear them!

Been waiting for 2 months. Only got an update about my order when I reached out on Instagram, a month ago. They told me, my order has be canceled due to Covid when a month ago they told me the opposite. Surprisingly, they have sales on their website. So I guess, I'm the only one who's not gonna receive her order due to Covid. Nothing better than a good ol' brand lying to you.

Also, they said I'll have a refund and 10% off my next order. No date has been given regarding the refund and no promo code. So yeah, the customer service don't really care about you. Choose wisely.
