Music Box Attic Reviews 

We wanted to order a music box with a tune we heard in their play list. We selected a music box but were unable to find the correct tune. I emailed the company and they were so helpful. They gave me step by step instruction on how to request the tune we wanted. The music box arrived yesterday. Thoughtfully packaged to prevent damage. We unpacked the music box…it is gorgeous and plays the tune we had hoped to get. I don't often do reviews but had to give this company a well deserved awesome review.

Music mechanisms were fairly priced and delivered in a timely fashion. They were used to make personalized music boxes for my and my friends grankids. The grankids love them.

I wanted to give my wife a music box that plays Ochi Chyornye because she loves an old movie (The Shop Around the Corner) in which a music box that played that song is featured, I thought I could never find such a box, until I discovered Music Box Attic. They made it super easy to install that song into the box! It plays beautifully when the box is opened. It got raves when she showed it off to her friends. The box itself is very nice looking too. We were delighted with it.

I haven't received this new music box yet I have bought 2 other music boxes in the past. They are beautiful and made with pure quality.
The only thing I find is that to have a little engraved plate is costly. I still give it 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No quality control

I ordered a music box jewelry box as a 40th birthday gift for my wife. We had a party and when she opened it in front of friends and family the music wouldn't play. So very disappointed. The box is beautiful and of high quality but without the music it is just a very expensive jewelry box that I did not order. I will request a refund.

easy enough to order but difficult to find out that alot of products wont let you change the music . its simply not clear enough. the products should say when uou look at thrm if music can be changed or not. but other then that all else ok. love what they have for products.

I am happy to share that my daughter and toddler granddaughter loved the Princess themed ballerina musical jewellery box I recently ordered for them! I was looking for one to remind my daughter of a similar box she had as child. Though NOT a toy, and definitely requiring adult supervision, it is an enchanting experience for her little girl. "Open, close, open, close" and I was told the music quality is excellent. I ordered a similar box for a new grand-niece and I expect it will be as appreciated, by her mother to start.

There's always a bit of a worry ordering from a new company but I was delighted with the whole process here. My order was processed quickly, delivered promptly and there was excellent communication along the way. I will be ordering more in the future. I'm already eyeing a musical picture frame for Christmas.

Ordered music box trinket box for our new great grandchild . Engraved with her name and date of birth. It arrived early and I am told by my grandson that is so pretty and they loved the song (it’s a small world). Easy to order. Good communication. Great company.

The music box I ordered online was listed in stock. I placed the order, but later that day, I received a note that it was the last one in stock and that it had a noticeable blemish on it. They offered me several different selections which were more expensive, but at no additional cost to me!! They also included email addresses and a phone number to help facilitate the exchange. I wound up with an even more beautiful music box of the highest quality construction and finish than what I originally selected, and it was handled flawlessly and professionally. I can highly recommend their business practices and their products. Both exceeded my expectations!
