Avoid this scammer

I placed an order for 4 CDs three months ago.
The only way to pay was by a bank transfer.
I did not receive a valid tracking number. After 6 weeks the seller informed that the package came back to him, undelivered and damaged. I asked him to refund but he said he need to contact Hermes first. Another 7 weeks passed, I got no refund and no answer to my emails.
Avoid this seller/company. They also have accounts on eBay and Discogs. Very rude and unprofessional.
I had to report this case to the officials.
