Porto Tram Museum - A Very Good Experience

If you get a spare afternoon in Porto and are interested in a bit of transport history, this is the museum for you! Lots of restored old trams on the ground floor and preserved rectifiers and control equipment on the top floor - all with very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guides to tell you all about them. Just a short tram ride from the centre of town or a nice 25 minute walk along the river, the old buildings are a site to see in themselves
