Top Customer Service with chipped product
Kettlebell arrived after much nonsense with Parcelforce with a chip on the base. So a little frustrated with that.
However, the customer support agent was absolutely fantastic. She never made any winding excuses and always offered me prompt solutions.
I really hope they add more pressure to their delivery provider because they tell lies. No one should pay for lies and unfulfilled service expectations/promises.
Ultimately, that could affect its business partners' reputation.

I needed help adjusting an order, and they were very helpful with this. However, I never received a notification about the date of delivery, which they said l should receive. I wasn't home for the delivery so I had to drive to the local depot to pick up the weights I ordered.

Muscle squad Dual Action Pulley Cable Machineght a considerable amount of…
Ive brought a considerable amount of equipment from muscle squad. My home gym is basically muscle squad. Always qualify. The delivery was on time and it was simple to put together.
But i need to mention the quality of the Dual Action Pulley Cable Machine. I already had a cable machine from gym master. But this was a 100% upgrade. Im personal trainer and a body builder for the last 25 years and I work from my own gym at home the standard of this equipment is unbelievable from the tension to build qualify the amount of stuff you do with it. Another bonus space that its now given me in my gym I feel lost now haha. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has a home gym. It's money well spent. For a small price invest in some jammer arms just thought I would add that aswell.

Great quality with speedy delivery
Everything was delivered incredibly quickly, mine was a significant order including a power rack, Olympic bar and weight set plus some accessories. The quality of all parts are top notch and the assembly of the rack was very quick.

Great kit for our home gym
We did a lot of research on a good rack with a pretty system and this one was great value for money.
It's a really strong bit of kit with loads of attachments which is very handy and does everything that we need in our home gym. We bought a bench too, which is great very strong and comfortable to use. And the dumbbells are adjustable so great for saving space.
We are really happy with our kit, but if we were going to make suggestions for improvement, it would be to have much clearer instructions on how to build the items. The police system was particularly difficult and took us a long time perhaps an online video with exactly the same spec would be really useful. We managed to find one that was slightly different but still good.
Also, the pallet delivery is just a date rather than a time slot so even if it was a.m. or p.m. that would be great too
