Poor Service

Booked my car in for a potentially serious issue with clutch/gearbox on my newly purchased used insignia.
Car was dropped off appointment day as per their instructions. It has been with them 4 weeks and they only manage a cursory glance at it. Keep being told there are cars in front of mine and they have taken a couple of “emergencies”.
Then told only 2 staff working in workshop and various other issues they have told me that seem to be each different I chase for an update.
Will be taking car to another Vauxhall dealer who can accommodate the work rather than taking on more than they can handle.
