bought it 2016 as lifetime and then updates removed license and contact them, told me that the purchase was very old and need to pay again. Crap

I tried to switch to my new computer and the owner says I must pay again

I have tried using an old laptop where i have my auto clicker installed and activated, no hardware changes in any way, simply was turned off for about a year.

Well when i turned it on again and connected to internet, the mouse clicker worked as intented, then next time i required using it i got the activation popup message, i wrote my email, and nope, its not working.

So if its off for long period of times, your license is gone, no matter is you change or not the hardware in a simple laptop which you cant do much other than updating drivers, bios, ram and ssd/hdd.

With how many bad reviews are on here, im worried on how the customer service it will be if i ever get in touch with them

oh yes, cloning hdd to ssd wont save you either...

You are not buying software, you get to use the software as long as you do not make major changes to your system. Nearly impossible to activate. You get Using Proxy / Firewall ?.
Software Activation Needs Internet Connection without Proxy / Firewall to Complete Registration.

Even if you have turned off the firewall.

I wonder where all the negative reviews come from, for a clicker with OCR function and very flexible script/function programming this is a steal. I spent close to a thousand dollars paying a developer for something very similar to this and never had OCR done right. Until I found Murgee clicker. You should have seen how hysterically I have been laughing , having everything, even beyond my wildest imagination, already made by this developer for a FRACTION of my cost. Yes, I had hard time figuring things out at first, and tutorials can be better made, but the thing is so stupid simple and so functional that it is not even funny. The OCR function is sensational. I tested some free to try AI OCR engines, Jesus H. Christ , Murgee does 5 square inches of screen under 50 ms, a competitive AI takes 3500 -5000 !!! So yes, haters: Get a life!
Those who complain about 5$ : pray you are lucky this clicker exists. To Murgee: THANK YOU!

I deleted my Windows passwords, including Auto Mouse Mover and the support service provided my a new activation key after five minutes of writting them.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I actually wouldn’t even call a one word reply back to a question as customer. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product.

Well what can I say, after a terrible lack of empathy towards the customer I find myself looking to warn others of this money grab.

Be super careful when you buy anything from murgee.com, be especially sure that your PC is in good health, as of you and up having to replace your PC then you don't get to use the software your have paid for!

That's right you have to buy a another license!

While the product works well (albeit a repackaged autoit/macro offering) I simply have to leave this honest review of the money grabbing owners attitude towards customers.

THIS IS TRASH! NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS VIRUS! IT MADE MY COPMPUTER MAD! SO NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS TRASH! YOU WILL UNDO IT!

I downloaded this for its game function and even with the driver installed it doesn't work on my games. The games feature, which is the main thing that makes this auto clicker/typer different than the other higher rated ones, isn't working. It works fine on note pad but not on any games I have tried, which is the only reason I tried it in the first place.

downloaded all of their tools, except auto mouse mover, they all work exactly as they should and they are all great! one problem I have is that they do crash every hour or so. Please note! they do take donations and they have payment plans but they are all optional!! don't let people spread slander about it, all payments are optional and re NOT required to use the software they provide.

This software does not work properly, it cannot handle any more than 5 clicks without messing up.

I also got a virus from it which disabled 7 devices on my PC, like my soundcard, I had to do a fresh install of windows.

It decimated my PC, unlike anything I have seen before, the worst Virus I have seen in 25 years.

If you think I am paying again for this software think again!

Do not trust these guys, they are Russian hackers and extortion-based and the software does not work properly anyway even on basic clicking sequences.

$ 55 for a license that is not even transferable if you change your PC. customer service limited to even downright rude.
Considering the number of negative reviews, I am not the first ...
I will give them the publicity they deserve in my professional network ...

I used the auto clicker. Works great and customer service is good too.

Software developer is helpful in creating new features on request.

Auto Typer works as advertised.
Support is super nice and quick.
Price is very affordable.
Software activation is made in such a way that people can not distribute it to their friends and family.
Again for $6.78 this tool is very good piece of hard work.

So funny how many negative cooments there are. Stupidity of people is insane. Of course u cant use the same "key" on another computers. How shoul;d they now its rly you not your friend? Just buy another one, 5$ is too much for u? About an activation key...its your email lol! they dont have to send u anything. Absolutly good app. Cant blame for anything.

After reformatting my PC and being unable to activate using my license, I emailed support. I received this polite message:

we are not microsoft

Malwarebytes scan gave a result

Which usually install adwares and PUPs on your system, and you can't use your email to re-activate the program so your money is wasted. I emailed the support for the past 3 days, no response.
