We recently had new windows fitted to our home and had been recommended Munster joinery.
We have nothing good to say about our experience with the company, especially sales representative Colm Daly.
He was very easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable in his field, and just made the experience from start to finish smooth.

We replaced the windows and doors in our house a few years ago and dealt with their rep Niall Kenny. Niall and all the team in Munster joinery were a dream to deal with. Unfortunately we had a fire at our house and had to get new windows and doors. We called Niall and to say he went above and beyond to get our windows and doors ordered and installed is no exaggeration we would give Niall and Munster Joinery 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have had windows and supplied and fitted by munster joinery and the product and service was excellent. The sales rep was Bill McAuliffe and he was efficient and helpful to deal with. Their prices are competitive and the time frame from date of measuing on site to fitting on site is very good. Overall pleased with their service

We moved into a house which had wooden bifold doors which were in a sorry state. We contacted Munster Joinery and were lucky enough to meet Chris. He examined the mechanisms, adjusted where possible and explained aspects that needed further work and replacement. He came back the next week and spent a whole afternoon fixing the doors. He would not stop until everything was working correctly. Due to his approach, work ethic and expertise we know these doors will last a long time with the correct maintenance. He is, to put it mildly, outstanding.

We got great service from Bill on arrival to select window choice, colour and design. Measuring of window size was spot on,all windows and doors fitted perfect.
Excellent Service

Munster Joinery are very bad at responding to post- installation issues. While the installation technicians agree there are issues with the windows, somone at a desk in Cork over-ruled this expert opinion and are now not responding to any contact at all. No replies to emails or no one present to speak on the phone when we call. We are very very unhappy with this and would not recommend Munster Joinery to anyone. No resolution if things go wrong, basically they take your money and run. Do not use!!!

James had visited our house twice for services, truly thankful for his patience and expertise in explaining the window structures and daily maintenance techniques. The demonstration and information he provided helped cleared out our confusion about the windows and door.

The service engineer who arrived at my home residence was incredibly respectful not only to us but also around the home. He knew exactly what he needed to do, and got on with the jobs without any disruption, noise or delay. He continued to check multiple time of the fixtures and ensured that everything was in working order and that we were happy with the result.
The service engineer was incredibly knowledgeable, giving very useful tips on maintained moving forward. He went out of his way to provide additional guidance which was very kind of him.

Your Operative Oliver was punctual, polite, courteous and totally professional. He dealt with the replacement window efficiently and with minimum fuss. Oliver not only checked every window in the house with me and conducted minor repairs, but informed me how to maintain the windows and how they can be opened wider in some cases to be able to clean them. He was an excellent representative of your company.

I contacted Munster with concerns about two sets of their patio doors installed nine years ago. They sent an engineer to examine them. He was professional, knowledgable, courteous and helpful. He spent over two hours rectifying the problem. The service by Munster was excellent. I only hope what was done to the doors will solve the problem. I have my fingers crossed.
I should also add that we have 12 Munster sash windows. These are beautiful and have performed their function perfectly for nine years.

I bought a brand new house in which Munster joinery had installed all the windows. I opened a window one day and it cracked. I contacted Troy homes who said the windows weren’t covered in the warranty , which was ridiculous but they sent Munster joinery round. They told us we were covered but a few hours later I was told the glass wasn’t covered and I’d have to pay! We’ve been in the house four months! This is disgusting and now we have to take legal action. Terrible quality and appalling customer service

Double glazing is supposed to last at least 10 years. My lounge window shattered spontaneously within 4 years. Several other people in the community have had similar issues. Munster refuse to replace the glass saying they don't offer 10 yr warrantee.just shows they use cheap glass!

Chris attended to carry out some remedial works. Fantastic finish and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and that the premises were left clean and tidy. Thoroughly recommend.

Munster Joinery installed the windows in our new build property. A RISA (independent window inspector) inspection found significant issues with the installation of almost every window. Munster Joinery sent one of there engineers out to resolve the issues, and instead of doing the job properly "bodged it". A further RISA inspection identified the bodge which had made the situation significantly worse. Getting a local installer to fix the issues left by Munster.

absolutely brilliant , very clean very tidy , very polite , did the job in no time , answered all questions.

Had our windows installed last November. The installation team were very efficient and helpful. We had two minor problems, but these were sorted quickly. Company were very good value for the windows that they supplied . Had to get some technical information about the windows last week, this was supplied by email 5 minutes after making a call to the company.
