Really good customer service.

We had windows and doors fitted two years ago. All fitted and look great. I had to contact the company a few weeks ago regarding adjustments to the doors. They sent me instructions on how to adjust them. And have also booked in an engineer to attend. Great service considering the property is 350 miles from their office and factory.
I had to contact them again today regarding replacement keys. All sorted in one short phone call. Really good customer care, why can't more companies behave this way.

Superb quality and efficient installation.

The windows and doors we had replaced are of excellent quality. They look superb and they feel very substantial. The locking arrangements are very positive.
The installation team were efficient and friendly and took great care with the finishing touches.

New windows beautifully crafted. The team very pleasant to do business with throughout the process.

Marked glass

The glass of all windows had horizontal lines across them . They then replaced them all only to have a fuzzy foggy line down the middle of each one. They said they meet their factory standards. It’s a shame they don’t meet the customers standards. Avoid using . The frames are good but the glass is poor .

Thank you for your review.

We originally installed your products in 2015 with no issue.
In 2017 you contacted us when you believed that streaks had appeared in the glass. We agreed to replace the glass for you free of charge in 2017, 2019 and also 2020.

Upon inspection, our engineer could not see the streaks that you referred to and confirmed that none of the units had failed to meet all current standards. We also asked our glass supplier to visit and check that all double-glazed units met GGF guidelines. It was confirmed on-site that the double-glazed units installed conform to all current regulations.

Despite this, Mumford & Wood still offered to reglaze the products for you free of charge, but unfortunately, you declined.
