The taste is getting worse and the prices are getting higher and higher. The service in one store in Düden Haag near Central Station is rude. I do not recommend it👎

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Multivlaai branch in Kampen, Netherlands, which also acts as a UPS pickup point.

I visited the shop calmly and politely to collect a UPS parcel with a valid pickup notification. Despite this, I was treated in a hostile and dismissive manner from the start. The staff member handled my parcel extremely carelessly by kicking it into the shop area. The parcel contained a high-value item.

I was then told the parcel could not be handed over, without any proper explanation, and was spoken to in a condescending and aggressive tone. I was even asked whether I had paid for it, despite having official confirmation from UPS.

After contacting UPS directly, they confirmed there was nothing wrong with the shipment and informed me that they have already received multiple complaints about this pickup location.

This behaviour is unprofessional and inappropriate for a business representing a major logistics company. I would strongly advise caution when using this location as a UPS pickup point.

I am so disappointed and angry I could cry! I pre-ordered pieces of cake of different kinds . When I picked them up I was told not everything is available and to just choose something else.
If I wanted random choice I wouldnt have pre-ordered !

The Red Velvet Cake 61,99 Crazy price! Not worth it. It's a frozen cake imported from the USA. It looks pretty and fancy, but tastes bland. The frosting is something I also didn't care for and I'm normally a frosting eater. Don't be fooled just because it says American Cake... Since its NOT fresh and its factory made it tastes just like that unfortunately. Instead buy a fresh local bakery cake.

I ordered rijstevlaai, nutella vlaai, apple pie and a berry pie, and they were all very delicious! They arrived right on time in the morning, and it was a lovely treat. This was the one from the Hague.
