Asked for plumber to do two jobs. Easy booking but first booking was cancelled due plumber sickness. Second he attended and fixed one problem but made the other worse, damaging my shower valve in the process. Office were told but then stopped contacting me so no resolution by Multiserve. Avoid....
Removed old ceilings in a 3 bed semi with sorted containing asbestos, dealt with a friendly chap but unfortunately he employed people who did not take a great deal of care or have a high standard of work. Left with faulty electrics and large chunks of the loft now uninsulated, tape used stripped most woodwork of paint and all walls now need replastering. Job cost more than quoted took much longer and did not all get done.
