I've had Leatherman belt tools for over 25 yrs, the first broke and was replaced under warranty without questions. Decided, with my 70th birthday in a month, to treat myself to a new one.

Good price (Leatherman Signal) that includes a small sharpening stone, good range of options. Excellent delivery and a fuss free (but absolutely necessary) age verification. This was my first purchase from the company but I suspect won't now be my last.

Ordered a leatherman - even with engraving it arrived within 3 days. Really impressive! There was a small issue and they sorted it no quibbling straight away. Will def use them again. Brilliant service.

Ordered 2 Leatherman wingmans and they both came with stains and scratches. They looked used! Did not look new at all...

Good range of multi tools at lower price than anyone else. Got my first Leatherman which I've wanted for years and it's the price that finally convinced me to get it.

Excellent price, delivery and nice touch with included free extras - I will definitely be purchasing from this store and others in the outdoor365 group in future when I can find a good excuse for new toys.

I bought a Surge (leather case) from the multi-tool-store and was diapointed to be delivered a surge with an already opened box.

Checked the surge, I noteced dirt on the finger grips, a split case for the T tools and finger prints on the blades.

I requested a replacement and waited. After 4 days of them recieving the surge and hearing nothing, I chased up the order to be told "The returns team have just informed me that this has been dispatched this afternoon" - 10 minutes before support responded to me.

I was then sent a new Surge with a nylon case and a leather case in the parcel.

In my option, I was orignially sent a second hand Surge with a Leather case, as that was all they had, then it was replaced with another Surge and the leather case from the second hand one.

This is not the service I expect from the Multi Tool Store, I would have expected them to say 'out of stock' rather than try and pass a second hand or customer returned Surge off as new.

I would not use them again.

Ordered multi tool , arrived quickly and seems to be good product although not used it yet.

Bought a 'Seconds' Wave+ that was advertised 'As New' with its engravings removed.

Received a Wave+ with a "Happy 70th, Love Pam" engraving on the knife. The knife was also rusty / hadn't been serviced upon return.

Phoned up, received an apology and was told they'd send out a brand new Wave+ once I return it. Received the replacement - it was the same knife with the engraving removed which was also still rusty.

Spoke to customer service, they're now saying I should have been charged extra for a brand new Wave+ (Despite never being asked for money or being given the chance to in the return process) and that the warehouse were told to "clean off the rust"...

Recommend avoiding, plenty of higher quality competitors out there.

A little confusion initially on the order but they called me back to clear it up and delivery arrived really quickly thereafter

Superb service. I changed my mind on the multi-tool I had purchased and took it back for an exchange. No quibble swap, and I upgraded from a Leatherman Signal to the Leatherman Arc. I decided to have the new one engraved, which was done while I waited and was exactly what I wanted. The engraving position I asked for was not advertised on their website, but the engraver came over to see me and was able to accommodate my request.

Will my first point of call if I ever need anything else.

The order included oil but when the order arrived none was included. I have messaged but it has now been over a week and no response

Good item at a good price. Don't bother with the express delivery though.
