I have purchased a few bikes from MTB…

I have purchased a few bikes from MTB Monster this year and I can't say enough how great they have been. Communication is superb, I was kept informed of bikes on order and any promise to reply on a certain date was met every time.
Any upgrades to the bike before delivery were not an issue, and they were very keen to get the rider weight to set the bike up properly before delivery.
Really impressed and I'll be back for any future bikes I'm sure.

Excellent - 100% recommended

Ordered an Orbea from MTB Monster. Fast, clear communication and really good support throughout. Delivered on time, well packed, and my local mechanic was impressed with the quality of the build. Very happy and would definitely use them again.

Patience Of Saints

I've spent many an hour in MTB Monster trying bikes, asking questions about bikes and sitting on bikes. During this time the staff have been more than helpful. And when I FINALLY made up my mind, they asked me the question; am I sure? No hard sell here. They want to sell you the bike you want. Paul, Anna & the team have all been brilliant.

I ordered a bike that wasn't in stock - Had great service!

I ordered a bike that was in stock on the mtbmonster.com site and the order went through but to my disappointment the bike had actually gone out of stock.
HOWEVER - When I called and spoke to Georgia in the Customer Service team she was absolutely incredible. Hence the 5 stars - It's what goes wrong, it's how you try to fix it.
Georgia stayed on the line with me for quite a long time chatting to me about alternative bikes and what they could offer me. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She didn't put any pressure on me to purchase something I wasn't sure about and gave me time to research and think about my decision. I managed to find the bike I wanted originally elsewhere and actually felt bad cancelling my order. BUT customer service 10/10. Thanks for your help Georgia.

Excellent team! I had my Orbea in the basket for a while whilst shopping around. I believe it was Hannah who actually rang me and mentioned they had the best price match! Awesome customer service and great delivery too. The bike came already wrapped! Super stoked, awesome buying experience. Thank you guys! 🤘

eMTB Newbie

I was new to the eMTB scene and found that the sales staff were very helpful and provided great advice. There is a good selection of bikes and the knowledge provided by the team was well appreciated.

Am now the happy owner of an eMTB and would highly reccomend purchasing from MTB monster.

warranty review

i have now bought 2 bikes from MTB monster , i found the sales and aftercare far better than anyone i have ever dealt with .
recently required a new frame which was carried out under warranty, absolutely no issues at all - after seeing the pictures they confirmed this would be carried out under warranty , they obtained a delivery date for the new frame and we booked the bike in and they did the swap- constantly kept me in the loop and no problems what so ever -really easy people to deal with , i would highly recommend these people when your next in the market - i wont go anywhere else !!

Absolutely amazing service..

Absolutely amazing service from mtbmonster. From start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they are so helpful. I went to collect my bike and once I saw it in the shop I was really unsure about the colour, so they let me swap to the same bike and model but in another colour they had available, without any question. They made the process so quick and easy and always with a smile. Thank you!

Just taken delivery of an Orbea Rise ex demo bike. Firstly, price was fantastic and very minor cosmetic damage to wrap. Top class service and delivery with updated communication all the way. Really happy with the bike and will recommend to others

My experience with MTB Monster Bikes…

My experience with MTB Monster Bikes was very disappointing. I placed an order based on the company’s claim that the bike I wanted was in stock. However, after completing the purchase, I was later emailed and informed that there was no physical stock available to process my order.

This was frustrating and inconvenient, as the main reason I ordered was because the bike was advertised as being available. Stock accuracy is basic customer service, and being told after the fact that the item isn’t actually available shows poor inventory management and communication.

Overall, this experience has left me very disappointed, and it has reduced my confidence in ordering from MTB Monster Bikes in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re sorry to hear that this experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to provide some context.

Your order was placed on Saturday the 3rd at 5:35pm, outside of our normal business hours. On Sunday the 4th, we received further correspondence from you requesting to cancel the order, and as a result the order was placed on hold. While that cancellation request was being processed by our team, you called the showroom on Monday the 5th of January to ask for the cancellation to be revoked and the order reinstated.

During this call, you spoke with Hannah who took the time to carefully review the order with you, including confirming sizing and overall suitability, to ensure you were completely happy to proceed. Following this conversation, the cancellation was halted and the order was reinstated into our system that Monday afternoon.

Unfortunately, by the time you confirmed you wished to proceed with the order, the stock position for the original bike had changed. This was communicated to you promptly, along with current availability. We also offered the same model in an alternative colour that was still immediately available, as well as three other suitable options that were all in stock, to ensure you had clear alternatives to consider. We did not receive a response regarding these options, only an instruction to cancel the order, which was processed straight away.

As a business, we take stock accuracy very seriously and do everything in our power to ensure availability information is correct at all times. We carry hundreds of bikes in our physical inventory and also have access to stock from our brand partners. While these circumstances are uncommon, availability changes of this nature can occur with high-demand models, particularly when an order is delayed due to cancellation and reinstatement.

We genuinely regret that the original option was no longer available at the time the order was reinstated and understand how disappointing this was. We are equally disappointed that we were unable to fulfil the order and hope that you have been able to secure the bike elsewhere.
